Planet Positive account deletion
This page explains how to delete your Planet Positive account (an app developed by Emmanuel Shady Etika) and the data associated with it. You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app or by contacting us.
Delete your account from the app
Open the Planet Positive app and sign in.
Go to the Me (Profile) tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm on the "This cannot be undone" prompt. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately and permanently.
Delete your account by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@planetpositive.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What data is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of your personal data, including:
Your account and profile (name and email address).
Your preferences (encouragement type, notification time, faith preference).
Your saved stories, daily check-ins, reactions, and audio activity.
Your streak and journey progress, and your subscription record.
What data is kept
We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations, or where data has been irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you. Any such records are kept only for as long as required and are then deleted.
